Chapter 51

Mine and Chuuya's legs were tangled together. The blanket was over us.

We were both laying on our sides. He was laying on the right side of the bed, I was on the left. His right arm was holding me close by the waist to him and his left  hand had his fingers intertwined with my right one. My left arm was holding him close to me.

My eyes were still closed, I was still drowsy.

I heard a knock on the door. I heard Chuuya groan and he pulled away from me. I slowly fell back asleep.

~Chuuya's Pov:~
Chuuya got out of bed and changed into his usual black pants and grabbed a white button up shirt. He looked at Y/n who was sleeping. He smiled at her.

There was another knock.

Chuuya sighed and walked over to the door, he opened it, "Yes?"

It was Kouyo and Mori.

Kouyo's eyes widened. "Chuuya, are those lipstick stains on your face?"

Chuuya's eyes widened. "W-what?"

"What's on your neck? Are those love bites? And on your shoulder?"

Chuuya's face reddened, "U-uh.."

"Enjoyed yourself last night?" Mori chuckled.

"I-I.. W-what are you two here for?"

"Right. We need to speak with L/n. We'll wait out here."

Chuuya nodded and closed the door. He walked over to the bed. He sat beside her and shook her shoulder gently. "Hey, baby.. Wake up."

Y/n groaned. "Please.. Go back to bed.." She mumbled and grabbed his arm.

Chuuya smiled at her, "C'mon, now you know how I feel almost every morning."

Y/n hid her face in the pillow.

"Mori and Kouyo need to speak with you."

"Wait, what?" Y/n sat up.

~Y/n's Pov:~
"C'mon, now you know how I feel almost every morning." Chuuya said.

I hid my face in the pillow and felt myself about drift off into sleep again.

"Mori and Kouyo need to speak with you."

I immediately sat up, "Wait, what?" I had the blanket covering my naked chest.

Chuuya chuckled and kissed my cheek, "C'mon. Get dressed."

I sighed, "Fine.."

I then noticed he had red lipstick stains all over his face.

I tried to hold in a laugh.

"What's so funny..?" Chuuya asked me.

"You seriously haven't noticed?"

"No?"

"Go look in the mirror."

"If it's about your lipstick on my face, Kouyo already pointed it out."

My eyes widened a little, "Wait, she saw?"

"Her and Mori."

I felt my face heat up. "M-maybe I got too carried away last night.."

"No, baby. You didn't. I enjoyed last night a lot." He smirked at me.

I felt my face heat up a little more.

~Time Skip~
I put my glasses on and put my boots on as well. I walked to the door. I had wiped the makeup off of my face from last night. I opened the door and saw Kouyo and Mori. I stepped outside and shut the door behind me. "You needed me?"

"Good morning, L/n." Kouyo said.

"L/n,"

I looked at Mori.

"I'm afraid to say that today you must return to the Detective Agency. You've been gone for a while. They'll get suspicion over us."

"Y-yes sir.. I understand."

"You can bid your goodbyes to Chuuya. Meet me in my office."

"Yes sir.."

Kouyo and Mori began walking away.

I walked back inside the room to see Chuuya by the bed. The lipstains from last night were off his face. I realized he had heard everything.

"Oh..um.." I stepped into the room and closed the door behind me.

"You have to go?" Chuuya mumbled.

"Y-yeah.. I'm sorry."

"No. It's alright, I understand why." He walked over to me.

He hugged me tightly. I hugged him back and buried my face in his shoulder.

"I wish I could just see you everyday.." Chuuya mumbled while caressing my hair.

My eyes widened a little.

Chuuya kissed me gently on the lips and pulled away. "I'll see you soon, Y/n." He smiled at me.

"Y-yeah. I look forward to it." I smiled back and began walking towards the door.

"I love you." I stopped by the door and looked at him.

His eyes widened a little and he then smiled, "Love you too."

I walked out of the room.

~Time Skip~
I walked inside Mori's office.

"Hello, L/n." Mori was sitting at his desk. I walked over to him.

"Good morning.." I said.

I noticed Elise and Finch in a chair beside him. They were snoring.

"Elise and Finch had a wonderful night last night." Mori looked at them, then back at me. "It's a shame to see you go."

"Y-yes."

"This is goodbye for now, L/n. I hope to see you soon."

"Yes sir."

Finch opened his eyes and saw me. He began mumbling under his breath tiredly. "But I'm tired.."

I sighed and snapped my fingers twice. He disappeared.

"Farewell." Mori said.

I nodded and walked over to the door.

"And one more thing, L/n."

I looked at him.

"Think about the offer I gave you."

"..Y-yes sir." I said.

I walked out the door.
