Yosano and I were walking down the tunnel.

It was only silence.

Yosano glanced at me, "..You and that Mafia Executive?"

My eyes widened a little, "What about him?" I looked at Yosano.

"I'm surprised no one in the Agency knew about this until now.. How long have you both been together?"

"..." I looked ahead, "A little after the Guild Incident."

"I see.. How'd you both meet?"

I looked down, "It was before I joined the Agency. The same day I first met Fukuzawa, I accidentally shouldered Chuuya, but we just continued walking past each other like it was nothing.. I think maybe the day after or a few days later, I bumped into him again. Mori's ability Elise happened to be there and started saying something like Chuuya kidnapped her.. It's kinda funny because I believed her and he was freaking out." I smiled slightly.

"Mori's ability?" Yosano looked at me, "Why would she say that?"

"I think she wanted sweets or something. She eventually stopped acting like she was kidnapped whenever Chuuya agreed to get her sweets. Elise invited me to the sweets shop, well, more like pressured me into going with them. Chuuya and I only got to know each other a little. After that, we just kept on somehow seeing each other by accident, even whenever I was in the Agency."

"Wait.. so those days you were gone.."

"I wasn't actually visiting family, I was in the Headquarters."

"Why would you be there?"

"First time was because Elise wanted me there so I could watch her for a few days, that's how Chuuya and I befriended each other. The second time was..."

"Are you both going to America then after this is over?"

She nodded.

We saw a ladder.

"Alright, you can go first." I told her.

She smiled, "Thank you."

"Wait a minute.." I mumbled, "L/n?"

"I recognize you." Kyouka looked at him, "You're
L/n's father."

"Yes, I am."

"What are you doing working with the Port Mafia?" I asked him.

"Whenever my daughter got with the Executive, I was offered a job in the Mafia. It's a long story."

"Oh.."

My eyes widened.

I looked at the driver, "Please stop the ambulance!"

The ambulance took a stop.

"What's wrong?" Kyouka asked.

My hands were on my ears, "There's fighting outside. Lots of gunshots and combat boots on the ground."

"Sh-shouldn't we keep driving then?"

I opened the door and began running out of the ambulance, "Also, I heard familiar footsteps from underground." I put my ear to the ground.
