Chapter 113

~Atsushi's Pov:~
"This all went according to Fyodor's plan." Ango told us from the tablet.

I looked down.

"At-atsushi?" Lucy looked at me.

"L/n... I can't believe I let her die."

Lucy looked down as well.

A long silence filled the room.

"....L/n's death is a tragedy.. I'll be sure to have this known. Is there by any chance she has any friends or loved ones I should report this to?" Ango asked.

"....The Port Mafia." I told him.

"Excuse me?" He seemed surprised by what I said.

I looked at the tablet, "Report to the Port Mafia."

~No One's Pov:~
Mori was sitting at his desk as Elise was drawing at a seat beside him.

"What are you drawing now, Elise dear?" Mori looked at her.

"None of your business."

He sighed and looked ahead, "The Mafia has been so unproductive lately.. Maybe I'll play darts in a few minutes."

"Why bother? Your aim sucks."

Suddenly, the door opened.

"Kouyo?" Mori raised a brow.

Kouyo's eyes were directed to the ground, "....Call Chuuya from his room. He won't answer the door for me."

"Is something the matter?"

Kouyo looked up at Mori. She was trying to keep her composure together and not shed a tear, "Yes, there is."

~Time Skip~
The doors opened and Chuuya walked inside, "You needed me, Boss?"

He had slight eye bags and his hair was a little messy. He looked like he hadn't been getting enough sleep.

"Thank you for coming, Chuuya." Mori had his hands folded. He had put Elise away, "Kouyo has news, but she hasn't told me yet. She thought you should have the right to know as soon as possible."

"About what?" He looked at Kouyo. His eyes then widened, "I-is it about Y/n?! Did you find her?!"

Kouyo slowly looked away from the ground, and looked at Chuuya.

His eyes widened a little more.

Kouyo had tears in her eyes, "....Y/n.. She's gone."

Chuuya's eyes were as wide as they had ever been before. He felt frozen in place.

"L/n.. She left the Headquarters to assist the Agency, but eventually betrayed them.. She fell off the Sky Casino. The Hunting Dogs were present there as well.. I assume maybe they were behind it. There's no chance she survived the fall. L/n is dead." Mori told him.

Chuuya's eyes were watering, "N-no.. you're lying.."

"We are very sorry for your loss, Chuuya." Kouyo looked away, "Y/n meant a lot to everyone in the Mafia-"

"YOU'RE LYING!!" Chuuya used his ability to lift Mori's desk.

"Chuuya!" Kouyo grabbed his arm.

"Chuuya! Calm down!" Mori stood up.

"Y/N ISN'T DEAD! SHE CAN'T BE DEAD! You fucking bastard!" Chuuya shouted at him, "I'LL KILL YOU!"

Kouyo tightened her grip on his arm, "Chuuya!"

He let the desk drop to the ground. He pushed Kouyo away and ran out of the office.

Mori brushed his clothes off, "Give him about an hour, Ozaki. He needs time to grief. In about an hour, he'll most likely use his anger to create chaos.. The best choice, I'm afraid, is to lock him up."
