November 19th - Prompt: Stepping stones

Edmund grinned as he hopped onto the first stone.
Peter raised an eyebrow. "How old are you?" He teased.
Edmund stuck his tongue out at his brother. "I'm a King now, I can do what I want." He said with a shrug, hopping across onto the next Stepping stone.
"If you fall in that water I will laugh." Peter told him, standing by the edge of the small pond.
Edmund shrugged. "I won't fall," He said, hopping onto the next stone. "Besides the water's not that deep."
Peter smiled and shook his head. "We should head up for lunch in a minute." He told his brother.
Edmund nodded, before hopping across the rest of the Stepping stones and landing on the soft grass, sending a smirk Peter's way. "Told you."
Peter rolled his eyes and smiled. "Come on," He breathed. "I'm hungry."
