Fictional characters come to real life?!

Chapter 13 Lets watch a movie!

It was now the next day. I'm having a good time adjusting...sorta.

It's just really difficult with the new people-they don't know much things about the real world and Monika and Villager are the closest people who actually understand!

Right now, I'm thinking of someway to get them all to stand still and yet be entertained...

Hm...maybe we could-

"Maddie! Maddie!"

I heard a childish voice yell out. I looked up to see Villager. I looked surprised.

"...Did...did you just say-"

"Maddie!"

Villager repeated, looking proud. He put his hands on his hips with a confident smile.

"...I thought-"

"Maddie!"

After he yelled my name it returned to squiggles.

I looked over to Flowey and he sighs.

"He's saying that he heard you name so many times from Monika that he's learned how to say it."

I looked back at Villager, I felt like I was gonna cry! Your name being the first real word a child's ever said is so honorable.

I pat Villagers head.

"Good job Villager! Good job!"

Villager giggled a little. I looked up and thought some more. Then an Idea got in my head.

I looked at Villager.

"Hey Villager, can you do me a favor?"

Villager nods his head. I smiled at him.

"Thanks! Can you go get Sanemi, Maki and Monika in here?"

Villager nods and runs out of the room. I turn on the TV and go to Disney+. I then go to the movie 'Moana'.

Villager returns with Sanemi, Maki and Monika.

Monika goes and sits next to me.

"Hey Maddie! What are we doing???"

"Yeah, why are we in here?!"

Sanemi asked. Maki sighed.

"Well, we're gonna watch a movie called 'Moana'!"

"Whats a movie?"

Sanemi asked, tilting his head.

"A movie is like a TV show-you know 'The floor is lava'?"

"Yeah...?"

"It's basically a long version of an episode that ends in one-and movies are usually animated! Come on!"

Sanemi scoffs and just decides to sit down next to me. Maki sighs.

"Sure, whatever."

Maki grabs Flowey.

"Hey! Don't carry me!"

Flowey complained. Maki gave Flowey to Villager. Villager grabs Flowey.

"Wait no, I take it back!"

Flowey complained again. Maki rolls her eyes and grabs flowey back before sitting next to Sanemi.

Villager goes and sits in between my legs. I begin to play the movie.

Sanemi was interested in this movie's plotline. It was....interesting.

Maki showed some interest.

Monika adored this movie!

Villager loved it

Flowey absolutely LOVED it!

When we were first introduced to Maui after his song, I heard Sanemi say

"...That guy reminds me of Tengen."

In which, I could sorta see it.

The movie HAD to end eventually though. Once it was over, I looked at everyone else.

"Well? How was it?"

"...It was...good."

Maki stated sharply. Sanemi nodded.

"Interesting."

Villager clapped a bunch of times with a joyful face. Monika smiles at me.

"I liked it!"

"....That...that was an amazing movie."

Flowey admitted. I smiled.

"I'm glad you guys liked it-oh! I'll go get some popcorn, uh..."

I handed Sanemi the remote, in which he stared at it in confusion.

"You guys pick another movie and DON'T play it until I get back, mk?"

They nodded as I left.

I made 4 bowls of popcorn. Me and Villager could share one, Flowey and Maki could share one, and then Sanemi and Monika have their own.

I got back and handed everyone their popcorn. Maki didn't complain about having to share, neither did Flowey.

I looked up.

"What are we watching, Nemi?"

"Well we-...Nemi?"

Sanemi looked at me, as if he were surprised. I nodded.

"Yeah, 'Nemi'! It's a nickname, you like it???"

Sanemi stared at me for a while before scoffing.

"Whatever. Anyways, we picked this one out."

I looked at the screen and saw the title 'Coco'.

"Oh! Coco! Thats a good one!"

We began to play it.

Villager liked the Popcorn. He practically ate most of our bowl.

Soon enough, that movie ended. I looked at the others.

"So?"

"It has a strong message about family and about what you want to do, you must face it first."

Maki stated firmly. Sanemi nods.

"I appreciate that in the end they accepted him."

"This was a wonderful film, Maddie!"

Monika claps. Villager claps as well. Flowey scoffed.

"...I guess it was g-ok."

Flowey 'hmphed'.

I rolled my eyes and Villager closes his eyes, he must've been tired.

I sighed. I wonder if anyone else has fictional characters to deal with.

...

Eh, whatever.

"Ok guys, time for bed!"

"Already??? Can't we watch ONE more movie???"

Monika asked. I shook my head.

"Maybe Tomorrow."

Monika sighed and left. I carefully put Villager down and waved a 'goodnight'

I then went to lie on my bed and fell asleep...
