Chapter 41 Bad luck strikes again!

Bennett's POV

It's been a couple days since we've been on an adventure, and with these new people, we might as well have another one!

I bet they're all tired of being inside-well, all except Nahida, she seems fine with studying different cultures.

But thats besides the point! I gotta find Ender and ask to go on another adventure-that hopefully won't end up like the last one!

I began looking around the house-where was she...? Oh yeah! She went to her room to take a nap-...

Hm...in that case, maybe I shouldn't ask for another adventure...maybe I should...hm...

...Maybe I can go on an adventure and then come back!

No, Ender would probably be mad at me for-

"Heyyy~, Benny~, watcha doing~?"

I recognized the nickname. Kokichi liked calling me 'Benny' for some reason.

I looked up from my thinking to see Kokichi smirking.

I smiled.

"Oh! Well, I wanted to go on an adventure...buutttt Ender's asleep so I should probably wait until-"

"Well then, why don't you just go?"

"Huh? But-But Ender-"

"Awww~, come on, Benny~, she won't wake up anytime soon, Ender has pretty much no neighbors so nobody'll notice you, and I'm sure you won't get lost since Ender's house is next to some kind of...park?"

"Park? How come Ender's never taken us there?"

Kokichi shrugged.

"I dunno, or maybe I do~, who knows~?"

I don't know if he's being sarcastic or not...

...Though...

It was true...Ender's house didn't have any houses near hers, so nobody would see me.

But...still...

"But, I have to tell ender before-"

"Jeeezzzz, don't worry about it, Benny, just go, I'll tell Ender the moment she wakes up~!"

"Really?!"

"Yes, realllyyy~"

"Alright! Thanks, Kokichi, I'll be back soon!"

"Heheh...no problem~"

I ran to the front door, only tripped 2 times, opened it and left.

I did see some kind of forest park in the distance...hm...Ender won't mind!

Like Kokichi said, I'm not gonna get lost-...unless my bad luck kicks in again...

Ender's POV

I yawned and stretched out. At least I got some sleep...

I got up and walked out. I went in the living room, where I saw Nahida learning about the English language, Flowey was on her lap, and it seemed Wanderer was also learning.

Nahida seemed really hyped about this, Flowey seemed to just like the comforting touch of Nahida, and Wanderer seemed to just be learning in order to understand English words.

Sanemi was taking a nap on one of the chaira, Villager and Isabelle were playing Uno with Monika.

Kokichi was bothering Shuichi and Maki, Maki seemed to try to-wait-

"Maki! Don't kill Kokichi!"

I yelled at her. Maki groaned.

"Why? Nobody would miss him."
