Chapter 17 Isabelle!

I was surprised to see...Isabelle from Animal crossing?!

It looked like Isabelle and Villager were having a conversation.

They were both saying squiggles that nobody could understand. Isabelle looked towards me and walked towards me.

She nodded her head and said squiggles. I tilted my head.

"...Sorry, I can't understand you."

Isabelle eyes go wider, but then they go back down and she grabs a piece of paper out of her pockets and writes down something.

She hands me the paper, it says.

'I would love to stay here! Thank you for your generosity!'

I smiled and looked at her.

"No problem-"

"What does it say?"

Sanemi asked, trying to read the paper.

"...Yeah, what does it say?"

Maki asked. Monika looked at them, confused.

"Can you guys not read?"

She asked. Sanemi shook his head.

"No, I CAN read, just...not...that."

"It's probably because it's english. I can speak it but not read it."

I thought for a moment of what Maki said. Then I realized something.

"Oh yeah, Anime is usually made by Japanese people! Which means Sanemi is only used to Japan readings, and Danganronpa V3's orignal language is Japanese so you guys must not be able to read english!"

Sanemi sighed.

"Ok, I get it, but what does it say???"

I looked towards him.

"It says 'I would love to stay here! Thank you for your generosity!' End of paper."

Sanemi looks at Isabelle.

"...She's a humanoid dog?"

Isabelle nodded happily. Monika sighs.

"Yep. Sure looks like it."

Maki nods and examines Isabelle. Isabelle must have noticed because she looked towards Maki and freaked out.

Isabelle shook her head rapidly and then continued to smile. Villager walked up to Isabelle and pointed to me.

"Maddie!"

Isabelle nodded. Villager then pointed to Sanemi.

"S...S....Sa-nemi!"

Villager had accidentally pronounced it as 'Sa' 'nemi' but Sanemi didn't look like he minded. Villager pointed to Monika.

"Moni...Monika!"

He said. Monika squealed, the fact Villager could say her name was enough to make her very happy!

Villager pointed to Maki.

"Maki!"

Maki doesn't look impressed, but her eyes slightly widen.

Villager leaves the room and comes back with Flowey in his arms. He uses one arm to carry Flowey and uses the other to point at Flowey.

"Flowey!"

Villager then put Flowey on the counter and looked towards Isabelle.

Isabelle looks up and puts her hand on her chin as if she was thinking. She then looks at me and smiles.
