Nigel:

Though Alex had changed as fast as he could, Nigel had still beaten him to it and was already leaning against the tree, waiting for his companion to arrive. He had changed to jeans himself, with a simple white blouse over it.

He smiled and pushed himself away from the tree when Alex arrived.

"There you are. I was beginning to fear you'd been caught. Anyway, let's go."

He took his hand then and gently guided Alex along with him to the nearest train station.

Alex:

I pursed my lips when I suddenly saw Nigel coming from behind the tree. I lifted my chin almost dissatisfied, but grinned afterwards.

'You're a man from time, aren't you? Or did you just jumped out of your window what explains that you're here so fast?'

I took a deep breath while "checking" his clothes. Not bad. Contrary, it looked- Whatever.

I blinked when he grabbed my hand to pull me gently towards the train station.

'So,' I mumbled while narrowing my eyes for the bright sun - which was a wonder. The sun barely shined in here. 'Where are we going Nigel? You're making me curious. Could you give me a little hint?'

Nigel:

He walked along with Alex and chuckled at the suggestion he jumped out of the window.

"That's ridiculous, of course not. Things just go a lot quicker when you carry them out efficiently." he explained. He lifted his face to allow the sunlight to touch his pale skin. "It's a perfect day already, isn't it?"

Nigel had to keep himself from smiling amused at Alex' curiosity.

"I'm not telling you, that would ruin the surprise. I can tell you this, though.. It's old."

Alex:

'Well, I don't know what you're doing while I'm not around. Maybe you're some secret agent from Mars, who knows. Okay, maybe my fantasy is freaking out a little bit right now, scrap that please.'

I licked my lips and chuckled as well.

'It definitely is. It's been a long time ago that the sun really shined here. That's the only pity about England. The sun doesn't shows himself that much.'

When he mentioned he wasn't about to tell me were we were going - only telling me it was something old. I pulled a face to smirk afterwards.

'You're an asshole. You know that my curiosity is killing me right now. I'm going to overtake your properties. Normally I wasn't that curious. Or at least. Not that much...'

Nigel:

He smiled amused but kept his mouth shut over the place he was taking Alex.

"A little curiosity will do you good, Jack.. I remember the disinterested snob you were when I first met you." he teased. "Curiosity stimulates us to learn, after all."

For the third time now, get got on to the dark, noise train that would lead them away from the perfect school full of prestige and take them to the real world, that was dark and dangerous, and much more exciting.

Alex:

I raised my eyebrows indignantly when he told me I was a disinterested snob in the beginning. He was right, though. I couldn't keep myself from smirking lightly anyway. Because Nigel was still holding my hand, I softly pulled it back so I could sheaf both of my hands in my pockets afterwards. That was more comfortable for me and less awkward for the people who passed by - not that I gave a shit.
