Ambushed

I'm sharing a horse once again with Legolas, riding alongside Kylaney.

Gimli falls off of his horse.

"It's alright! It's alright. Nobody panic. That was deliberate. It was deliberate."

Me and Kylaney laugh at him.

"Sure it was." I shout back to him.

~the next day~

"Where is she? The woman who gave you that jewel?" Èowyn asks Aragorn.

I look down sadly at the thought of Arwen.

Legolas kisses the top of my head.

"It's alright, Meleth nin" he told me softly.

"My lord?"

"She is sailing to the undying lands, with all that is left of her kin." He Answers.

A tear falls from my eyes but I wipe it away before anyone can notice.

Legolas notices something is wrong, he hands me the reigns and hops off the horse.

"Be careful, Legolas!" I say while he runs off.

screams come from Hama. Everyone notices.

Legolas shoots a orc and yells, "A SCOUT!"

"Shoot!"

"What is it? what do you see?" Théoden asks Aragorn.

"Wargs! We're under attack."

"All riders to the head of the Column!"

"C'mon get me up here, I'm a rider." Gimli says.

"You must lead the people to helms deep And make haste." Théoden orders Éowyn.

"I can fight!"

"No! You must do this. For me."

"Follow me!" Théoden orders the riders.

Me and Kylaney ride after Théoden.

Legolas shoots the first arrows , killing a warg and its rider. I ride up to him, he grabs onto the horse and swings over, mounting it.

I hand the reins back to Legolas. I draw my bow.

We collide with the wargs and fight.

Gimli falls off the horse. A warg walks towards him.

"Bring your pretty face to my axe!"

We ride up to the warg and Legolas shoots it.

"That one counts as mine!" Gimli shouts.

A dead warg lands on Gimli.

"I'm going to fight from the ground." I shout to Legolas over the noise.

I hop off the horse and start shooting from the ground.

I get tackled to the ground by a warg unexpectedly. I drop my bow mid fall and it lands a couple of feet from me.
