Forever and Always. [Legolas x Reader]

Dinner

We are halfway down the hallway when I realize something.

"Leggy, I forgot to braid your hair!"

"It's all right, Meleth nin. My hair still looks the same as when you braided it yesterday." He smiles then gently presses a kiss against my lips.

"Are you sure?"

He nods. "Yes. Though, maybe in the morning."

I smile. "Of course, my Lord."

"Do you have any Lambas left?" I ask.

"Yes, I do."

I boop his nose. "Would you mind if I took some for Kylaney later? I don't feel right bringing back food unless it is offered."

"Of course. I will give you some when we get back."

We make it to the dinner.

After a couple of hours of visiting and eating, Legolas and I bid our hosts goodbye.

"Thank you for coming, you two are a lovely couple and I enjoyed getting to know you two a little better." Endaline said with a smile on her face.

Legolas bows. "We are honored, Mrs. Endaline."

"You are very welcome, thank you for inviting us, I enjoyed it very much." I tell her.

Legolas links his arm with mine and we leave for the palace.

"Now, let's get Kylaney some lambas." I say.

Legolas nods.

Legolas opens the palace doors for me.

I bow. "Thank you, kind sir."

"Of course, My Lady."

I see Kylaney in the golden hall and I wave.

She comes up to us.

"You guys look nice. How was it?"

I smile. "We had a good time. I didn't snag anything for you, but I have something else in store."

Kylaney nods. "Thanks."

"We will be right back."

Legolas takes me to our quarters. He opens a bag and takes out a couple of pieces of lambas.

He hands them to me. "There you go, Aurë."

"Thank you." I kiss him.

"Well, we should get these to her."

He nods and we head back.

"I'll race you!" I say while running off down the hall at full speed.

Legolas runs after me not to far behind.

I turn around a corner and run I to someone.

We topple to the ground with a thud.

"Ow." I mumble.

"Y/n!" I hear Legolas say.

I look at who I ran into. Èomer. Of course.

I look down at the lambas in my hands, luckily both peices are still in good shape.

"I'm sorry, Èomer. I didn't mean to knock you over."

"It's alright." Èomer says while standing up.

Legolas reaches his arm out and helps me up.

"Thank you."

"Are you alright?" He asks, his eyes filled with concern.

"Yes, my hands are a little scuffed from breaking fall."

"Good."

I look at Èomer. "How about you?"

"I am uninjured." He replies.

"Okay, good. I'm sorry about that."

"It's fine, don't worry about it."

"Well, we gotta run. See you later."

"Perhaps, let's not run this time?" Legolas says.

"Probably a good idea."

Me and Legolas walk back to the golden hall.

I see Kylaney and walk to her.

"Sorry,that took longer than expected. I kinda ran into Èomer, literally."

Kylaney laughs.

I hand her the lambas. "Here, this is lambas."

She smiles. "Thank you."

"You're welcome, Mellon nin."

Kylaney takes a bite. "Hmm, not bad."

Suddenly I feel a quick squeeze on both outer sides of my abdomen.

I squeal.

"Legolas!"

I turn around to him with a fake pout. "That was not very nice."

Legolas laughs then kisses me. He gets closer to me.

"I am sorry, Aurë" he whispers with a slight smirk before kissing me.

I think for a moment after he pulls away. "Okay, I forgive you."

"You guys literally need to stop, you're making me feel so single it's not even funny." I hear Kylaney say from behind me.

I turn around with a smirk. "Mhm, likely story, I bet if you go find Aragorn you won't feel so single."

She repeatedly smacks me.

"Kidding! I'm just kidding!"

Kylaney stops smacking me.

"Not really though." I say under my breath.

She glares at me.

"I didn't say anything."

An idea pops in my head.

"Crazy idea, we should have a sleepover with Èowyn!"

Kylaney takes a last bite of her lambas. "Hm, good idea, we should do that. But I'm in charge of snacks or anything to do with cooking."

"Okay, Let's go get Èowyn!" I say grinning.

She nods.

I turn to Legolas and give him a kiss. "See you in the morning?"

Legolas nods. "Have fun. Goodnight, Meleth nin" he presses a kiss against my lips.

Kylaney and I leave to go find Èowyn.
