~Time skip to Kylaney's wedding 7 months later.~

Arwen and Aragorn had came to visit the babies soon after they were born, they stayed for about a week. Eventually everyone left, to rule their kingdoms and to plan weddings.
Later we received an invitation to Kylaney's wedding.

We ride through a forest near Edoras, guards accompany us, which I thought was stupid because we can protect ourselves.

I hold the babies, who are asleep. I lean my head back back and place a kiss on Legolas's jawline.

"Deep in thought again, my king?" I ask with a grin.

"Yes, my lady."

"I could tell. Quiet as always."

"I am sorry, have I been negligent?"

"A little bit." I joke.

Legolas wraps one arm around my stomach, avoiding touching and waking up the children.

"I am sorry, Aurë." Legolas apologizes sincerely. "I will make it up to you."

"Awwh, it's alright, Legolas, I was joking. I am sorry."

Legolas chuckles. "I will get you back."

I smirk. "I know."

Legolas and I are childish as ever, acting as we did when we first met, enjoying every minute together. Legolas gets lost in thought as he used to, but now he thinks about the kingdom, well, I think that's what it is.

I kiss both of the sleeping children's heads. Both Estel and Elebereth are close to learning how to walk. They both have Legolas' hair and eyes, they are adorable.

We arrive in Edoras, I see guards at the doors of the palace as usual. Legolas pulls our horse to a halt.

Legolas dismounts the horse. I hand him the babies. One of our guards accompanying us dismounts his horse and helps me down.

"Hannon le."

Guard smiles then slightly bows his head in respect. He carries our bags.

Legolas hands me Estel then holds my hand. We walk up the stairs. The guards open the doors after bowing.

We walk inside and we Éomer sitting atop his throne.

"Welcome back to Edoras, my friends."

Legolas bows slightly. "Thank you. It is an honor to be back here."

"It certainly is.." I trail off, thinking of the memories we made here.

My thinking gets interrupted by Kylaney and Éowyn running in. Legolas takes Estel with his free hand before we three hug.

"I can't believe it's been seven months!" Kylaney exclaims.

"It feels like a lifetime!"

We all pulled out of the hug.

Éowyn looks at the babies. "They are adorable! Kylaney told me about them, Estel and Elebereth, right?"

I nod. "That is correct."

Estel wakes up and begins crying.

Kylaney casually steals Estel from Legolas. "I'll take this..." Estel stops crying after a few moments of cradling and gently shushing him.

I smile when I see Éomer smiling at her.

"We will take these lovely children off your hands while you two get settled in." Kylaney says.

"Alright, thank you."

Legolas kisses Elebereth's forehead before handing her to Éowyn.

One of our guards hands Legolas our luggage.

Éowyn and Kylaney lead us to our room.

"Thank you, Mellons." Legolas thanks.

"We will see you two at dinner later," Kylaney says.

I nod "we'll be there."

They leave with the babies. Legolas opens the door and sits our bags down.

I close the door before we begin unpacking.

I catch Legolas by surprise by suddenly hugging him after we finish unpacking.

Legolas wraps his arms around me.

"What is this for?" Legolas asks, I can hear the smile in his voice.

"Because I love you." I answer into his chest.

Legolas picks me up, I wrap my legs around his torso before kissing him.

He runs his fingers through my currently un braided hair.

I pull away with a smile. "Can you braid my hair like yours?"

"Of course, my lady."

Legolas sits me down on the bed, my back facing him.

He begins braiding my hair.

Legolas finishes. I look in a body mirror.

"I love it! Thank you, Leggy."

"You are welcome, Aurë."

"Cuddles?" Legolas asks with a hopeful smile.

"Of course, princess."

Legolas picks me back up with a smile and sits me on the bed. I lay down as he lays next to me.

I press a kiss on his lips before cuddling up to him.

Legolas places kisses my neck while stroking my hair. He begins singing to me.

I softly sing along with him.

Soon I stop singing and I fall asleep in his arms.
