I wake up and find myself clinging to Legolas with my head on his chest. Legolas's steady heartbeat and steady breaths always had a way of calming me. I lift my head and place a kiss on Legolas's lips. A smile curves on the tips of his lips. He opens his eyes.

I play with Legolas's long hair a for bit.

"Can we have lunch with Kylaney and Éomer?" I ask after a while.

"If your midwife says it's okay to leave."

I smile and nod.

"I will go ask her." Legolas says.

I let go of Legolas and he stands up. He readjusts his tunic, it must have got messed up while we were napping.

Legolas leaves to go talk to my midwife. I sit up and wait for him.

When Legolas comes back he tells my that my midwife said it was alright for me to leave. He also came back with a change of clothes for me. He hands them to me.

I smile. "Thanks."

Legolas nods.

A maid came in and started a bath for me. I thanked her and she left.

I unbraid my hair and take a bath.

When I finish i dry off and change. Legolas rebraids my hair and I do the same for him.

Legolas picks up Elebereth and I pick up Estel. We change them and leave.

We find Kylaney and Éomer in their quarters and they agree to eat lunch.

We go to the dining hall and eat together.

"We have some news." Éomer says then looks at Kylaney after we finish eating.

"Yes?"

"We're engaged." Kylaney says excitedly.

I smile. "Congratulations!"

Legolas smiles. "Yes, we wish happiness for the both of you."

I look at Éomer. "Treat her well."

"You have my word Y/n, I will." Éomer smiles at Kylaney and kisses her cheek.

Kylaney takes Estel from me. "I'm stealing your babies."

I chuckle. "Of course you are."

I look over at Legolas and laugh as Elebereth tugs on his hair.

"Would you like your hair tugged?" Legolas asks.

I grab Elebereth from him. "Let's not tug on Ada's hair." Right after I say that I tug on Legolas's braid.

"Y/nnnn!" Legolas whines.

Kylaney laughs at his behavior.

I kiss Legolas "I'm sorry, Leggy."

"You never told me why you call me 'Leggy'."

I chuckle. "It's just a nickname."

Legolas nods.

"We can take the babies off your hands if you two want to have a night out." Kylaneys offers.

I turn to her. "Really?"

Kylaney nods.

I smile. "That would be amazing! I will feed them before we leave, so you don't have to worry about them."
