You wake up to repeated knocking on your door with a voice saying, "Y/n! It's Arwen, I need to talk to you." She says loud enough for you to hear.
"Alright, come in. but, at your own risk, I'm a mess!" I reply.
She laughs softly, and opens the door. She is dressed and all ready for the day; while, you, are in a nightgown, with bed head.
She chuckles at your appearance.
"What, I don't wake at 5:00 am every morning unlike you, Arwen" I say jokingly. "Now, what did you need to talk to me about?"
"My Father, has requested for you to join the meeting for tomorrow." she tells me.
"You woke me up for thatttt? You could've told me later" I whine.
"But I want you to help me greet everyone, my father asked me to greet them and show them to their sleeping quarters, and told me you could help if you want."
"Isn't that, what the maids are for?" I ask
"Technically, yes but, he wants me to greet them, as his daughter and everything." She seemed to be hiding something, but I'm too tired to care right now.
"Fine. I will help you" I say, while getting out of bed.
She smiles at me and says, "meet me in the garden, in 20 minutes." Then she walks out of my room. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~15 minutes later~
I finished braiding, my (h/c) hair, grabbed my bow and left my room.

I walked into the garden, and sure enough, Arwen was already there greeting Aragorn, who had 3 hobbits with him. Arwen had brought an injured hobbit in yesterday, he was nearly gone, but thank Valar, that Arwen made it here in time. I walked up to them and smiled.
"I heard you had quite the journey, Aragorn"
"Yes I did" he replied smiling.
"Welcome to Rivendell, I'm captain y/n, what might be your names?" I said nicely with a welcoming smile.
"I'm Samwise Gamgee" one replied
"I'm Merry," he pointed to the last hobbit "and that's pippin"
Pippin smiled.
"Pleasure to meet you all"
"I will show you to your sleeping quarters" Arwen said kindly.
"Stay here to greet the others if they come before I get back" she turned around and held Aragon's hand.
"I missed you, Nin Mel" Aragorn said softly.
"And, I you" Arwen replied as they walked away. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Me and Arwen had nearly greeted everyone; though,we still had one guest to greet.
This chapter was boring, I know, but I will try to make them more interesting as i go along. Have a great day!
