After a long meaningful kiss, the couple parted, one of them heading in the direction of the plane while the other's feet stayed glued to the floor, eyes brimmed with unshed tears.

Sherlock hugged herself tightly, the cold weather not affecting her but her own aching heart. Meanwhile, John was lead to a seat close to the window, which he gingerly took quietly.

Sherlock's tears flowed down her face, the plane slowly rolling away and gaining speed to depart finally. She pressed her hand against the glass window she was looking out of, leaning her head against it as well.

John rested his hand against the window next to him on the plane, looking outside and seeing Sherlock distantly doing the same. But he instantly noticed something strange.

Sherlock was not wearing her blue scarf and coat, instead she was wearing one of John's sweaters along with skinnies and boots. She held her signature coat in her arms, rolled up neatly and precisely.

John looked down to see he was indeed wearing Sherlock's scarf, remembering just then how the both of them had switched items. His eyes instantly teared up and he closed his eyes, trying to hide his tears from the rest of the passengers.

Sherlock watched John look down sadly through the window of the plane, looking down as well just to see if it was her appearance. Sherlock realized it was.

She looked back up at the plane, new tears rolling down her face.

'I love you, John.' Sherlock said in sign language to John. John instantly caught it and signed back slowly, still having trouble with the language Sherlock had taught him.

'I lov rou two, Sherlock.' John managed to sign back, Sherlock giggling at his attempt.
