Elizabeth's pov

I looked up at the nice pink and orange sky, hearing the chirps of the birds and construction echoing through the calm air. The sun was beginning to set and I knew that soon, we would be leaving here. I could not see the barrier that Namjoon placed around the town but I could tell that it was there, though it wasn't really even all that noticeable. As I heard screaming from down below, I looked down to find three children chasing one another. Two boys and a girl to be exact, the first young man and the young girl looked related to one another and the third one didn't. But watching them run away and play fight one another with swords made my heart ache, it reminded me a lot of the times that I played knight with Baekhyun and Damian. Sehun would usually sit out of that game, watching us from the sidelines as he worked on some new invention. "I thought I'd find you out here." I didn't have to turn around to know that it had been Jimin, who was walking onto the balcony. "It reminds you of your home, doesn't it?" He stood next to me, "Watching those three children run around while all the adults were concerned about rebuilding and other matters." When I didn't say anything, he sighed and a moment of silence passed between us. I turned to look at him, our eyes meeting as the wind blew lightly, our hair flowing everywhere because of the breeze passing. Just staring at his brown eyes, I felt like I could just get lost in them and never want to find my way back. "Wow, he's so handsome.. And his hair.. His eyes look so pretty and the look he's giving me.. He cares. He really does care about me as a human being." We stared at one another, letting the silence speak for itself. "Liz," He started, "None of this is your fault. Do you hear me?" He grabbed my hands, they felt very soft and my hands were smaller than his. "None of this is your fault. You are not the reason that so many innocent people have lost their lives. You aren't the one who's doing all of this, the warlock is. He's the one harming innocent people and destroying towns, not you. None of this is your fault. You had no idea he would resort to all of this just to get to you. He took Damian and that seemed like it was enough. This was not your doing. You aren't the reason that everyone has been getting hurt, there is a deranged warlock who only wants one thing and that is to harm you. I know that it's been really hard but believe me when I say that you are not facing this alone. You have me, I'm here and I'm not going anywhere." Jimin's words comforted me, he really has been a great friend.

"Thank you."

"For what?" He asked, "For being a really good friend when I really need it." Jimin gave me a big smile, his eyes nearly disappearing as he smiled at me. He reached over and pulled me into a hug, I hugged him back and just let my head rest on his chest. "I'm always going to be here for you when you need it, Liz. That's what best friends are for." He said, "Thank you, Jimin. Just know that it goes both ways, I'm here if you need me." He hugged me tighter, the two of us just enjoying this moment. There was a light breeze that blew by which made me shiver, this didn't go unnoticed by Jimin. "Come on, let's get you inside and feed you. You need your sleep cause we got a long journey ahead of us." The two of us headed off inside, where we ran into a very upbeat Taehyun who was walking with Jin. I had been wondering Taehyun was this entire time and wondered if he was alright, it seemed that he had completely unscathed by the partial destruction of the town. His eyes lit up when he spotted the two of us walking together, Jin giving me a warm smile as they walked over to Jimin and I. Just as the two of them were about to greet us, a very angry, disheveled, and disgruntled Yeonjun stormed down the hallway in between the four of us.

"Hey, Yeonjun.. I was just about to come see," He brushed past Taehyun like he wasn't even there, "....you.." Taehyun frowned, watching Yeonjun disappear down the hall and turning the corner to our right. Jin raised his hand, pointing to Yeonjun's back and was about to say something when we heard, "Wait a minute, hyung!! Come back!!" Beomgyu came rushing down the hall, frantic as ever and looked just as disheveled as Yeonjun. He quickly rushed down the hall, leaving us stunned as we watched him disappear around the corner.
