3rd person's POV
Elizabeth panted heavily as she continuously had to dodge the attacks from the golem while the others were trapped behind a large barrier, which the golem put up in order to keep them out of the way. They were throwing everything they could to get to her, but nothing they were did worked. "Damn it.. Why isn't anything working?" Jimin pounded his fist against the rune barrier, angrily staring at the golem as he saw Elizabeth dodging attacks. "The rune magic is strong that's why our regular attacks won't work for this." Taehyung said, looking over his shoulder. "That means it's up to me. I can figure out a way to counteract the magic and bring down the barrier. Just give me a little time." Namjoon said, determination clear in his eyes. "Time? Elizabeth might not have time in there with that thing. It might kill her!" Jin hissed, "You really shouldn't underestimate Elizabeth, Jin. She's strong. And she is highly skilled with that scabbard." Jimin lifted his head, looking over at Jin who looked at Elizabeth. "She can handle herself well enough, I've seen it first hand when she and Jimin had to take on that golem. She has a strong magical aura and from the way she fights, I can tell that she's been trained." Hoseok said, Namjoon nodded his head as Jin continued watching Elizabeth.
"Joon," Yoongi spoke, he had been standing silently watching everything. "Hyung?" Namjoon looked to Yoongi, he could see in the eyes of this dragon that he cared deeply for Elizabeth. "Do it."
Elizabeth dodged another incoming attack, flipping into the air and landed on her feet behind the golem. He swung around to cut her but she met him halfway, their swords clashing causing a huge backlash in the area. Everyone felt the reverb of the aftershock coming from Elizabeth and the golem's weapons, they looked at her with amazement and concern. Elizabeth was thrown back but quickly caught her footing, dodging the oncoming attack from the golem. She jumped into the air, dodging an energy ball and swung her scabbard up into the air. She focused herself and swung down the sword, releasing a large wave of fire and ice. The attack hurtled towards the golem, who tried to block it with his weapon but it didn't work and it sent him flying backwards.
"Wah.." Jungkook stared in awe.
"Powerful." Taehyung smirked.
Elizabeth landed on her feet, breathing heavily as she could feel herself getting tired. "Shit... This is bad. I need a way for them to get in here. I am getting tired and pretty soon, I'll run out stamina to fight this thing." Elizabeth swung the scabbard, counteracting the blast coming straight at her. She knew that she could no longer keep dodging if she wanted to keep up her strength, so she would have to go the smart way. When she suddenly disappeared, it not only threw off the golem, who stared in confusion as to where she went, but all seven young men on the other side of the barrier were also hella confused, they couldn't tell where she had gone.
"What the hell?" Taehyung muttered, staring with wide eyes. "She just disappeared!! Where did she go?" He looked around, but couldn't see her anywhere. Jungkook shifted his eyes around, trying to get a feel for where she went but still couldn't sense her. That is until a large magic blast came from the left, the golem dodged the attack and sent one back in the direction the blast came from. Elizabeth quickly disappeared out of the tree that she had perched herself in, reappearing to the golem's right and swiftly kicked him in the side. The golem didn't have time to dodge her foot, it made impact with his side harshly and sent him flying forward into the barrier. She lifted a hand, releasing a large ball of electricity at him. The golem didn't have the chance to recover before the blast hit him, electrocuting him and the barrier. Namjoon finally figuring out what spell to use, pushed Jimin away from the barrier. "Everyone stand back!" He shouted, this made the others take two steps back as the golem got up onto his feet. He stumbled forward, raising his sword and growled angrily as his fangs grew sharper.
