You start to wake up to the sound of rain hitting your window  you reach over to your phone and see it's only 4:22am you sigh not being to fall back to sleep so you slowly get out of bed trying not to wake Vinnie up once you get out of bed you head over to your closet and grab some comfy clothes then you go into your bathroom and change your clothes after that you brush your hair and teeth then you go back into your room and grab your phone and headphones while making sure to be careful to no wake vinnie up once you've grabbed everything you need then you  quietly leave your room and and head downstairs stairs you've decided to go on a walk to clear you head you've been feeling really anxious over the past few days you've had the urge to cut again but you haven't your trying to stay strong for vinnie so your hoping this will help  you sigh as you grab your phone and text vinnie to let him know you'll be home soon

Hey vin, I've just gone on a walk I will be back soon.

You send the message then you walk over to your cupboard and reach into the back you dig around for a few seconds until you find you joint ones you get it you put it in your pocket then you plug in your headphones and head to the front door you open it so it doesn't make a sound then you slowly close it behind you
You turn on your music then you start walking and walking until your reach a lake nobody really goes there anymore it beautiful there it's so calm and peaceful you get a perfect view of the sun rise there it's surrounded by flowers you and your parents used to walk there all the time and have a picnic all the memories come flooding back as you sit down on the rocks waiting your the sun to rise once it starts to rise you reach into your pocket and grab your joint you put it to your mouth and light it you take a puff and continue smoking it while watching the sun rise you take your time smoking it once the sun has risen you only have a few more puffs left one you have finished it you put it out and decide to just stay there for a while after about another hour or so you grab your phone from out of your pocket   And turn it on you see that it is 9:22am you see a few messages from vinnie so you open the messages

Y/n, you've been gone quiet a while are you okay.

Delivered at 8:45 am

Hey vin, I'm sorry I didn't reply my phone was on silent I'm walking home now.
Delivered at 9:31 am

You sigh as you put your phone back into your pocket you stand up feeling the high you smile as you turn your music up and start the hour walk back to your house it take you a little longer as you try and take your time hoping the high will wear off just enough so Vinnie doesn't notice once you get back to your house you take a deep breath and open your front door and quietly close it behind you, you don't think vinnie Heard you because he hasn't came over to you, you sigh as you hear your phone start to ring and it quickly ends as you hear vinnie rushing down stairs to you

Vinnie: y/n
Y/n: yeah
You say as you go into the kitchen and grab a bottle of water from the fridge as Vinnie walks into the room

Vinnie: where were you I was getting really worried you was gone for 6 hours y/n
You sigh as you turn and look at him
Y/n: I know vin I just needed to clear my head
Vinnie nods his head 
Vinnie: do you want to talk about it

You sigh nodding your head knowing you need to speak about it vinnie smiles at you giving you  a reassuring smile as you both take a seat in front of each other

Vinnie: what's on your mind baby
Y/n: I just feel really down again it feels like it's getting worse every day, I can hardly sleep I have this overwhelming feeling that something terrible is going to happen
You say as you stare at the table fidgeting with your hands you feel vinnies hand yours
Vinnie: I completely understand y/n after everything you have been through with your parents and d-him, I'm so proud of you for speaking to me instead of keeping it to your self my love, what do you mean you have a overwhelming feeling that something is going to happen
You sigh
Y/n: I don't know it's just a feeling I don't know what it is it's just there like I'm having a panic attack it just won't stop
You say as your eyes start to fill up with tears as you try and explain how your feeling
Vinnie stand up and walks over to you and pulls you into his arms
Vinnie; awww baby it's okay don't cry I'm just proud of you for taking to me

You nod your head as you let the tears fall vinnie hold you in his arms until you have calmed down and stopped crying you pull away from his arms you see the wet patch on his hoodie from where you was crying

Y/n: I'm ahh going to go lay down for a nap
Vinnie: okay
You go upstairs and get under the covers as slowly fall asleep
