"Destroy the idea that you have to be constantly working or grinding in order to be successful. Embrace the concept that rest, recovery, and reflection are essential parts of the progress towards a successful and happy life."⭐

When I push open the door of his room without knocking, I find Drogo lying on his bed, listening to music, with a baseball bat in his hand.

Just the sight of him boils my blood.

He looks so peaceful, like he doesn't have a care in the world! But my heart's beating at a hundred miles an hour...

The worst part is, he probably heard me coming down the hall.

Without thinking, I feel my power overwhelm me... and I send the bat flying across the room with a flick of my hand!

Drogo: "You still wanna play, Nora? Are you that bored at Mystery Spell?"

Nora: "What the hell is wrong with you?"

He gets up to turn off his music.

Drogo: "I'm not the one throwing things across the room, pretty little thing!"

I frown. He's not helping the situation.

Nora: "Can I ask why you told your brother I was supposedly making a show of myself? Was that fun for you?"

He stares at me for a moment. I can't decide whether to believe Lorie or not. One thing's for sure, Drogo won't clear things up.

Drogo: "As a matter of fact, everything about you entertains me. It's insane fun."

Nora: "Really? You have a funny way of showing it!"

Drogo: "It's all part of my charm."

I start pacing back and forth before I sit on his bed.

Nora: "Don't you think we should talk?"

Drogo: "No. We don't have enough in common to talk..."

Nora: "Could you be serious for two seconds?"

He leans against his dresser, crosses his arms and stares at me. He looks deep in thought. I've never seen him like this before.

I'm so used to his teasing and insolence that I don't know what to do or say...

Nora: "Drogo?"

Drogo: "What do you want from me, Nora?"

His question baffles me. And the way he says it is so serious too!

Nora: "I, uh... Why have you been ignoring me for two days?"

He arches an eyebrow and puffs out a cheek. I hate it when he does that.

Drogo: "Am I ignoring you?"

I'm tired of him always avoiding any type of serious conversation.

Nora: "It would be really nice if one day we could have a real conversation..."

Drogo: "A real conversation...? That kiss was serious for you, wasn't it? You're hitting on me now, aren't you?"

Nora: "Of course I'm not!"

Of course I am!

Drogo: "Damn! I thought this was gonna lead to an interesting evening..."
