friendships
they are always heartfelt
always filled with love
laughter
and the best friends
they're always there
they make you feel at home
when you mess up
it can turn everything upside down
and you don't realize
what you had
until they don't answer you
they shut you out
ignore you
and all you can do
is apologize
but even then
it won't make up for it
all those laughs
smiles
the love
and the feeling of being at home
while you're with them
will all just become
memories
and it hurts
it hurts knowing
that you can't make up for it
it hurts knowing
you can't fix the friendship
it hurts
having those memories
sometimes
it's best just to not have friends.
