"i want to be skinny," said every girl ever. not once in my life have i heard a little girl go, "hey, mom, i wish i was fat." then when you are fat, they tell you, "oh honey, you're so beautiful." so what? you do not wish to be beautiful? in their eyes, the perception of being skinny is the real beauty. but then you hear the skinny girls, crying from those jealous monsters saying, "anorexic. i'll bet she hasn't eaten in days. look! she has twigs for arms and sticks for legs!" now being skinny doesn't seem like such a "want" anymore, does it? eat too much, you're ugly - eat too little, you're ugly. so why don't we all just admit we're ugly, huh? why don't all those little girls just give up and say, "mom, i now know i will never be pretty." because society hates pretty little girls.
