Chapter 10

"Hey princess" I heard Connor say.

He was almost home (a couple hours away) and since it was late here I didn't know if I'd be awake for him coming home so we were skyping for a while

"Hi my baby boo" I couldn't stop smiling "someone's happy" he joked "how am I meant to feel? Oh hey my entire world is coming back from tour! That makes me feel depressed" I laughed "I love you Ashleigh. You're an idiot. But I love you" he smiled "I love you more my baby boo" I smiled back wiping a few tears "what's wrong?" He asked confused "I just love you so much I'm so happy you're coming home and in a week and a half its exactly 13 years since we've been friends. I don't know where I'd be without you" I smiled "oh please you two get a room" Bradley butt in "we do have a room. I'm currently in it waiting for my boo to come home!" I exclaimed "where's my girl?" Brad asked "she had her mothers dads funeral tonight so she couldn't come over. I'm sure Chloe will come around tomorrow though" I told him "is there snoring coming from your room?" Connor asked "yeh. Shelly fell asleep on the couch in here. Look" I turned the camera so it showed the girl with pen drawings on her face and "amazingly" done makeup! "Did you do that?" The two laughed "what she fell asleep and I was doing some drawings so I thought why not?" I told them.

I don't remember how early it was but I was so tired I passed out whilst skyping Connor.

I had been woken at about 5AM to a bunch of banging downstairs and despite the fact that the boys were finally home I was quite annoyed that they woke me up but I wasn't going to go down and complain.

I soon heard my door open so I faked being asleep and since I felt very warm just before when I got woken up I was hanging half under the doona (duvet) and the other half of my body was out of it being a little chilly Connor being a sweetheart had tucked me under the blanket soon kissing my forehead "Connor" I said in a quiet sleepy voice "hey ash?" He smiled kneeling on both his knees so he was face to face with me "I'm so glad you're back" I smiled "I'm so glad to be back. is everything ok?" He asked "everything's just how it should be now that you're home" I held onto his hand "I love you Ashleigh. You seem real tired though sweetheart. Please go to sleep. We'll do anything you want all day tomorrow" he kissed my forehead "goodnight Connor" I shut my eyes falling back to sleep.

I woke up the next morning and saw Shelly sitting up on the couch looking confused.

"Why am I here? The last thing I remember was watching a movie downstairs?" She questioned "you fell asleep here at like 2AM. You were really really tired! What have you got planned today?" I asked her "I think James and I were going to the movies then out to have a little lunch date today. What about you?" She asked "I guess Connor and I are just hanging out" I said "you guess?" She questioned "well he told me that we'd do whatever I wanted all of today and I'm guessing he's gonna be quite tired so I don't think we're doing some big thing. We might just hangout here" I explained "what time is it?" Shelly asked "about 10. Why?" I asked "I gotta get ready for today. Can you help me find clothes and look good?" She asked "for starters go wash the pen and make up off your face" I smirked "you bitch! Did you really do this?" She yelled.

Whilst Brad me some toast I went and sat with Connor.

"Morning darling" he kissed my cheek as I cuddled up to his side "morning boo" I looked up smiling "so what do you want to do today?" He asked "I don't know? I know you're still tired so I don't want to do something big and tiring" I laid my head on his shoulder "don't worry about me ashy bear. We'll do whatever you want! As long as you're happy I'll be perfectly fine" He smiled "you're too sweet Connor. I honestly don't care what we do though. I just wanna be with you" I hid my face in his neck.

We had all been sitting in the living room for an hour as the boys told us about tour when James and Shelly had to leave.

As soon as they left there was a knock at the door.

Tris ended up getting it and turns out it was Chloe and Aurora!

"Hey guys" I said as they walked in "hey" they both replied as Aurora took a seat next to me and Tris sat back in his spot on the other side of her as Brad and Chloe went upstairs.

"What are you two doing today?" Aurora asked Con and I as I looked at Connor as if to ask what are we doing. "Your choice darling" he smiled "I don't know! You know I suck at deciding" I admitted "we're just gonna go for a drive into town if you wanted to come along" Tris offered "sounds good. You wanna go?" Con asked me "sure. Sounds fun. Just let me get dressed" I ran upstairs.

We drove about half an hour into town and just walked around the shopping centre.

We had been there for about 2 1/2 hours before I got a call from James "hey" I smiled "Ashleigh?! Are you okay?" I heard him say "yeh I'm fine James. What's wrong?" I asked starting to panic "I can't explain right now but please can you guys come to the hospital? The worst thing had just happened!" He said worried "of course James we'll be there soon" I panicked.

After i told everyone what James said we all literally run to the car!
