Chapter 5

ASHLEIGH'S POV

I woke up the next morning and turned around to see Connor awake with his arms snaked around me.

I decided to kiss his arm, which was close to my face, to let him know I was awake. I turned around and looked at Connor. I loved staring into his eyes it made me feel happy.

"Thanks for last night. You are the best best friend. I love you darling" I kissed his cheek "anytime m'love" he kissed my noes and I felt butterflies in my stomach.

I think I like Connor! A lot. He's my best friend and he has been since we met ages ago. I can't like him like that. No. If I like him then our whole friendship will be ruined. I mean he obviously doesn't like me like that and I know we kiss all the time and hug but that's as friends. BEST friends.

"Ashleigh" he said "sorry Connor I was just thinking. What did you say?" I asked "well I had asked if you'd wanted to go out somewhere today" he repeated "I'd love to Con but I feel quite sick. Maybe a movie marathon?" I suggest and he agreed

We both got up because the lads have an interview this morning then we could all go back to mine and Brad's to have a movie marathon in our onesies.

I quickly changed into one of Connor's maroon/redish sleeved and white middled plain baseball tops and a pair of black leggings then walked back into my room to see Connor shirtless.

CONNOR'S POV

AshyBear walked back into her room wearing one of my tops which was a bit big on her and I seriously couldn't feel my knees. She looked so pretty. She grabbed her 'whatever' black beanie and threw that on and she came over to me; "I hope you don't mind babe but I stole your top" she said to me "it looks much better on you Ash Sweetie. You look beautiful" I kissed her forehead "I also like your top. I think it shows too much and is a bit too small but it's cool" she joked "Ashleigh. You are seriously the best best friend I could ever ask for" I hugged her "your the bestest best friend ever" she hugged me back laying her head on my shoulder.

We were hugging for a while before the other lads walked in. "Are you 2 together yet?" Tristan asked "what? No. We're just friends" Ashleigh said and I felt really bad. How can I ask her out when she just wants to be friends. I can't stop this crush on her. The 2 worse things about it are 1) she's my best friends Sister and 2) she just wants to be friends. How am I meant to ask her out now?

BRADLEY'S POV

When Ash said her and Con were 'just friends' I saw right through her. She was so lying! She loved Connor. Everyone but Connor could see that and everyone but Ashleigh knew Connor loved her.

Man I really wished they'd just hook up already but I guess Ashleigh's just been through a tough break up with Matt with him hurting her the way he did last night. She was keeping very strong about it all though and she seems fine I don't see why she won't just admit she likes Connor.

We were walking downstairs and by we I mean Tristan, James Connor and I. Ash was upstairs finding some socks.

"Hey Connor, you should ask Ashleigh out" I said "yes you two would make a perfect couple" Tristan added "I still don't see why your not together" James added on to Tristan.

CONNOR'S POV

The guys kept asking why ash and I weren't together and telling me I should ask her out so I just told then the truth.

"She only likes me as a friend. Haven't you been listening to her?" I said rhetorically.

Ashleigh then walked downstairs and we left.

We got to this place we had the interview at and we had together make up done.ew. And as James and I were getting ours done Tristan was on twitter and Brad was mucking around with Ashleigh.

"C'mon I need a Rad Brad hug" she whined and I couldn't help but to smile. "No" brad joked laughing "pweeese" she puppy dog faced him "aw fine" brad smiled "after last night I don't think I'll be dating anyone soon" she said and I'm guessing James also heard and he looked at me "I'm sure she doesn't mean it" he said "thanks mate" I smiled back at him.

We were all ready to do this interview and we still had 20 minutes before we had to go on and I couldn't stand being around Ashleigh without telling her how I felt.

I made my way over to her and as I passed brad told him I was gonna tell her and all that shit and he was cool with it so I kept going over to her.

I sat next to her and told her how I felt.

"Ashleigh. I love you" I paused "I love you too con" she smiled and said like how we always do. "No Ashleigh I'm serious I am in live with you. I know your my best friend but I love you. I can't stand hiding it anymore I. Love you" I said "are you serious? I love you too Connor I really do. I wanted to break up with Matt to be with you but I thought you didn't like me like that. But. We can't be together" she looked down "why not?" I asked "your becoming really big. Next week your going on tour around the UK for few weeks and that's just the start. Your going to go on world tours for whole years. What I'm trying to say is long distance relationships never work and I don't want to put you through that. There's also the fans. They will send me even more hate if we go out. I'm sorry Connor I really do love you. I just think it's better also I'm not over last night" she teared up.

You fucking idiot Connor. How did you not know she wasn't over Matt. You fucking idiot.

I hate myself so much right now.

I waked over to brad and told him what just happened and he was annoyed with what she said too because we both kinda knew she was lying. She knew she always gets offered a chance to come on your with us and she can say yes like always.

ASHLEIGH'S POV

What did you just do? OMG you idiot Ashleigh. Your crush just asked you out and you turned him down. You motherfucker. I hate you.

I can't believe I just did that. I ran straight over to trissy and James and told them what happened and they seemed sad that I said that. I just didn't know how to say yes. So I said no.

I had to clear this up.

I ran over to him and saw they were on in 4 minutes.

"I'm sorry Connor I didn't know how to say yes so I said no. I love you. Please forgive me" I begged as the guys were about to walk out "so you will go out with me?" He asked and I nodded "of corse I will" I said and they had to go out on stage because it was some live crowd audience thingy. It was like in the middle of some mall. Just before they went on stage Connor had surprisingly kissed my on the lips. I couldn't stop smiling.

As the guys were being interviewed I was on Twitter talking to some fans.

A lot of fans have been asking about this scar on my hip that you could clearly see in this photo I uploaded where I was wearing a crop top with the lads and I tried to hide it.

'Guys that scar is not real it's just the lighting or some shit' I tweeted and the lads finished up.

They all walked back stage and we left.

The entire way home everyone on twitter thought I had cut myself and I was trying to explain I didn't cut myself when we got home I decided to change into my unicorn onesie when I looked at the scar.

I ended up taking a photo of it and telling everyone what it was.

'I think I can tell you that this is a scar your right. I didn't cut myself exactly it happened 3 years ago this guy was trying to rape me and to do so he cut me so I'd be in too much pain to get away from him. I was in hospital for 5 days afterwards considering I lost a lot of blood but I'm alright now. No need to worry darlings' I uploaded it to Instagram then shared it to twitter.

I walked downstairs and saw the other guys already down there onesiefied.

After 35 minutes of mucking around the guys decided to make a twitcam just out of nowhere.
