Chapter 51

TOUR IS NOW OVER AND THEYRE BACK HOME

"You ready ash?" Connor walked in my bedroom which we share, as I was brushing my newly straightened hair "I guess".

"Why do I have to come?" I asked as we walked downstairs "firstly mum really wanted you to come and secondly I'm got going alone! So suck it up you little princess" Con kissed my cheek "I'm not just any little princess. I'm your little princess" we kissed "oh god please just leave already! We don't wanna see you flirt anymore!" Tristan laugh yelled.

We got to Con's and his slutty cousins Hannah, Rachel and Caitlin were wearing the shortest, most revolting looking dresses I've ever seen meanwhile I was wearing a black tank top, pink "punky goth" plaid skirt, ripped tights and black lo cut converse.

"Hey where's Lewie?" I asked Con "gee are you cheating on me with my brother? You seem to care a lot about him" Con joked around "dammit. I was hoping you wouldn't find out especially like this" I played along. We played around for a few minutes until Connors aunt that he over heard talking shit about me, walked over.

"Aw look it's Connor and that girl. How's my little boy?" She cooed "not as little as you think I am" he replied "why did you bring this little thing to the family dinner?" She asked "because she's family" he held my hand "but darling. You can do better" she said looking straight at me with evil eyes after saying that "I gotta go to the bathroom. Come find me when you're done talking" I walked as fast as I could away.

I had been standing here for 3 minutes just looking in the mirror I mean why does everyone hate me. I may have a bad history with boyfriends and everyone mixes it up thinking I'm a slut when it wasn't my fault but can't they just get over it. There's got to be another reason for people to hate me. I just can't figure it out.

"Hey ash! You in there?" I heard Connors voice so I opened the door "what's wrong with me!" I asked as Con wiped the tears off my eyes protecting the makeup on my eyes. "Nothing. There is nothing wrong with you Ashleigh. I promise" he hugged me as I cried onto his shoulder "why does your aunt hate me?" I asked "I don't know. But I intend to find out" Connor said kissing my cheek "thanks Con. You are the best friend and boyfriend a girl could ask for" I hugged him as tightly as I could.
Connor 'helped' me fix my makeup and although he accidentally poked my eye he actually made me laugh.

"Remind me to never let you do that again!" I said as we walked downstairs "hey I wasn't that bad!" He defended himself "my eye thinks otherwise" I laid my head on his shoulder "I'll make it up to you later in kisses and cuddles" he told me.
We went down to his grandma and sat with her for a while.

"Aw look. Here comes the cute couple" she cooed "hey grandma" Con said "hey" I shortly said as we sat down.

I felt so awkward at these things cons family does. They all know about my past and some of them hate me a lot and I just hate coming to these things but it makes Connor happy so whatever I guess.

"Have you asked Ashleigh about the trip?" His grandma asked him "what trip?" I asked "my mum, brother, grandma and I are going to visit my cousin who is about to have a baby wanna come?" He asked normally but I saw in his eyes he was begging me to come. Well that and he soon mouthed 'please please please come!' "Sure boo. I'd love to" I said "thank you baby" he kissed my cheek
Connor soon went to get a drink or something when his aunt that hates me showed up and sat right next to me

"Is there something you want?" I asked "your a slut. We all know it so don't even deny it" she said "no I'm not. I swear that wasn't my fault!" I whisper yelled sorta "I will get you back for hurting my daughters" she threatened "what do you mean?" I asked "Hannah, Rachel and Caitlin. You hurt them whenever you're around! Stop ruining their lives" she said "please just leave me alone. And don't always believe what your daughters tell you" I literally got up spat that message out and walked away

"Hey babe you okay?" Connor took my hands pulling me to one side as I was pretty much storming outside. "No. I just found out those freakin sluts of cousins you have, have been telling your aunt that I'm ruining their lives. Please just let me go out and take it out on them I gotta get it out!" I begged "don't hurt them and you can" he said so I kissed his chin while hugging him and we went outside to his cousins.

"You little bitches!" I walked up to them "we know you are" Hannah said "okay look. I have been scared of you for too long! You don't scare me anymore. You may have ruined my life and sent me to many different places but I'm over being scared! Don't go around telling your mum that I've been hurting you and ruining your life because it's not true. I was always a scared little turtle compared to you three. Just stop talking shit about me to everyone you know. Especially while dressed like a slut" I said as Connor then took my hand and I couldn't resist hugging him "that felt good" I said causing him to laugh and the girls to just storm off.

We went to Connors room to lay down as it was getting cold and dark so we got some food and have been up here for the past 5 minutes.
"I'm proud of you for finally sticking up to them" Connor said "thanks boo. It felt really good to as well. Thanks for letting me get it all out" I said "whenever you wanna go ballistic at someone I'll always have your back. Unless it's me then you shouldn't do that" he made me laugh.

"Hey are you two in there?" We heard Connors aunt but before we could answer she walked in.
"What do you want?" Connor said as I sorta sat back eating some food "she had her go. Now I want mine" she said "please just leave" he said "why should I?" She said modestly "because I'm not gonna sit here listen to you pretty much abuse my girlfriend so leave" Connor stood up for me. "1 thing. Don't blame my girls for almost killing you. Blame yourself for being so stupid for thinking killing yourself would fix it all" she said very smug. As she was almost out the door I couldn't help but to call out "well if I had killed myself then you wouldn't want to kill me now". "Fine then little girl. Go kill yourself and watch how people who have ever met you become happier. You'll just be doing us a favor" she yelled to me "Lynda" cons mum said in shock "maybe I will!" I yelled to her "ash" Connor said.

Connors mum soon requested Connor go downstairs while she talked to me.

"Can you explain what's wrong please? Why do you and Lynda hate each other?" She asked "hannah, Rachel and Caitlin almost killed me a few years back and this is the first time their mum has met me but they've been telling her that I almost killed them but I didn't and I'm sorry if I messed up tonight I just couldn't keep it in" I admitted "aw darling. You wouldn't really kill yourself would you?" She asked "I don't know. I've tried many times before" I said quietly "please explain" she said "I've cut, taken pills, tried to stab myself multiple times each, all to die. Well at least try. I never really had much of a purpose to stay alive nor did I want to. I guess you could say I'm still suicidal but Connor has helped me big time" I told her "please don't do that ever again. What you did tonight was good sorta. Let it out in words wether you're yelling or talking. Just don't hurt yourself ever again" she hugged me.
