Chapter 36

"Ashleigh. My dear are you okay?" I heard Connors voice

"Of course I am. Why wouldn't I?" I asked

"Man I love you so much" his voice was breaking

"I love you too Connor. You're amazing" I said

"I've got to go Ashleigh but I'll be back tomorrow. I wish I could stay with you but I have to leave" he sadly said

"Don't leave!" I called as he shut the door.

What was happening? It's like he couldn't hear me? Or he was ignoring me? What was happening?

CONNOR'S POV

I can't believe it. She's really. It's happened?

I can't help but to feel like this is my fault. If I helped her then matt would never of hurt her.

I wish I told her how much I loved her one last time before this happened.

BRADLEY'S POV

I honestly didn't have the heart to go into her room.

Connor just walked out of her room and sat next to me as Natalie walked into her room.

"Are you okay?" I asked him "uh. Yeh. I'm. Uh. Fine" he stuttered "you?" He added "I'm heartbroken. And it's all my fault" I said "don't blame yourself" Connor looked at me "yes it is. She wanted to stay home and sleep but I dragged her out of bed and told her to come to the shops. It's all my fault. I should've just listened to her. We'd still be at home watching movies together but instead we're in a hospital and she's hardly alive. Why can't it be me barely breathing in there?!" I said louder then expected. I was just annoyed with myself.

Since we had to leave the hospital we all went home and honestly that was the worst place I could be after what happened.

WHY COULDN'T I BE THE ONE IN THE COMA? WHY ASHLEIGH?
She's a good person. Sure she wants to die and hates herself but she never fails to make the people around her happy and feel good. She doesn't deserve this. The next time I see Matt. He's gonna wish he never dated her, little loan raped and kidnapped her!

There was a knock at the door but I was too busy thinking to answer it. Luckily one of the other boys did.

"Where's my daughter?" A familiar voice said.

MUM!!

I ran downstairs to see her walking into the house with some guy.

"Mum. What are you doing here?" I asked "well I guess I must tell you the truth. The hospital in America cured me about 2/3 months ago and I found an amazing guy named Peter and we're now dating. We came to the UK to see you guys and it just so happened that on our 1st day here nobody was home and today well, Ashleigh's in hospital. I've missed you a lot bradley" mum hugged me "I missed you too" I hugged back "what exactly happened to my baby girl to put her in hospital and what's wrong with her?" Mum asked "she got kidnapped and something happened but we found her on the side walk unconscious and it turns out she's. Um. She's in a coma" I managed to get out.
