Chapter 56

As Christmas was closely approaching ((as is the end of book number 1 of the BLS series 😉)) it started to get extra cold which meant I had an excuse to want Connor cuddles everyday ☺️☺️

It was like 2PM and everyone was going their own thing.

Brad was talking with nat about trying to get mum to come back to Britain from Chicago. James and Shelly were making brownies which I was gonna steal once they had finished! Tristan and aurora were on Twitter trying to beat each other on who can find the funniest picture and as for Connor and I we were in our room since I forced him to help me clean it up as it was a little uh... Messy. That meaning dirty sheets that hadn't been washed in 6 months, clothes on the floor, random stuff scattered everywhere. We weren't generally messy people but we are quite lazy when it comes to cleaning up or putting things away 😂😂. Originally I was gonna just sort out my clothes but I needed to go around the room collecting them and may as well just clean it while we're at it.

We made a game out of it where we see who can make the most baskets as we play basketball putting the things where they go and as we're so competitive it actually made us clean!

We not long finished and I won by one point so I sang 'I won and you lost' to Connor numerous times in a row as he laughed at how stupid and immature I was. "You are such a child at heart aren't you?" He laughed at me dancing around the room like an idiot "I may be an idiot but I know you love me to death" I said as we hugged "that is true. You're my little idiot" he kissed the top of my head.

I decided to use the cold winter excuse for a cuddle since I was actually cold and tired.

"Connor. Come cuddle with me please?" I asked/whined as we were still hugging "cmon then" he then said.

We decided to go into the lounge room and sit in there along with Tris and aurora.

"Do I get at least a kiss as my prize for beating you?" I asked him "of corse princess" he said before our lips pressed together.

Everyone was sitting in the living room talking about what's going on for Christmas.

Turns out that everyone (meaning the boys, Nat, Shelly and Aurora) was staying here Christmas Eve then we'd spend the morning together. I was then going to Connors as they invited me to go. And that was pretty much it for me. I didn't pay much attention to the others.

As we were all talking about the most random of stuff Aurora stopped mid speech and yelled snow whilst pointing outside. Of corse we all go running outside!

I was sitting in the snow moulding little snow people being a total child when I felt a snowball hit the back of my head so i turned to see Natalie standing there giggling so I grabbed some snow and started running after her.

Not long later I got really cold from all the snow hitting me and stuff so Connor and I just stood hugging each other trying to become warm.

"Wanna go on adventure?" I asked Connor looking up at him "sure. Where to?" He asked "just this little forest thingy" I said as we started walking.

"Ta-da" I said as we got to this place "how did you find this?" He asked amazed "I was 13. I'd just been forced to live with mum, Brad and nat. Mum told me id never see you again and that I should just give up trying to change her mind and let me stay with my father. That night I got into a fight with her about that and ran away. This is where I ended up and I've been coming here ever since" I told him "what do you do here?" He questioned "the first few times I came here it was because I fort with my family so I'd end up crying. But now I just climb trees, for when I wanna clear my mind. Scream as loud as I can, if I was angry. Cry, whenever i needed you with me but you were away or after I've gotten into a fight with someone. I even come here and cry when the fans say rude stuff about me that really gets to me. But when I'm happy but just wanna be alone I sit on a branch of the tree and draw the town below and admire how small it looks" I told him as he smiled down at me "what's the smile for?" I smiled at him "you. I knew you were a little sensitive but you like to dress and act quite tough. It's nice to see the real you. The you that breaks down and comes to her own little spot to deal with her feelings by screaming or climbing trees instead of picking up a razor and hurting yourself. I love you" he kissed my nose. "I love you too" I hugged him laying my head on his shoulder.
