HI GUYS! So.... basically, I just wanted to put my A/N here because, i don't know, maybe because all of you might love the story and all that and then you end up hating it because of my weirdness at the end. I know only half of my readers read these parts...but, WHO CARES MAHN.

Moving on, I just want to say thank you to basically everyone who read this story. And, also a very big shoutout to my friend, @asdfjklcali who made my new cover! It's so purty right? Thank you Cali, love yaaa!

Anyway, I should probably shut up now because if not, I might end up losing reads because of these silly author's notes i put. Ok, i should stop.

HERE'S THE CHAPTER!!

xx, Bea

--Chapter 13--

*Mel's P.O.V.*

Joe and I have basically been together for 3 days now. It's been really amazing, really. Joe and I only have one class together which is Biology, but despite only having that one subject together -- oh and lunch -- our relationship gets stronger and stronger by the second.

Lately, I have found myself stuck in this perfect dream, excluding the times that Camille would give me a death glare.

Anyway, Joe and I do our best to keep our relationship strong despite all these obstacles; the little time we have for each other and Camille trying to kill me by staring at me. I spend my one hour lunch with both my friends and Joe. First 30 minutes with my beloved friends, and the last minutes to spare for my beloved boyfriend. We would just sit down together and get to know each other more, and sometimes sneak up a kiss or two. During Biology class, we would do nothing but laught at Sir JV's clumsiness and laugh at how stupid we both are.

I'm so glad that we still get to be together despite everything that's bothering us, like our date today for instance.

We have a date today!

It seriously slipped out of my mind. I was too busy daydreaming. Gosh, something's wrong with me.

I stared at the clock, at it was seriously already 2:30 pm, and he's fetching me at 3:00. Wait, WHAT. I groaned, frustrated with my memory gap. I headed to the shower and grabbed my clothes and towel.

After showering for 20 minutes, -- which is the fastest I can shower -- I dried up my always tangled hair. It took probably a century for my long locks to tame a bit. I was unsatisfied with my tangled hair and decided to tie it to a high ponytail to make my hair look a little more decent.

I stared at the outfit I chose. It is getting a bit cold outside, so I went with a plain white top, a high waist baby pink skirt, and my comfiest wooly cardigan. I grabbed my UGGs and checked my phone. It had one text from Joe.

To: Mel  From: Joe

Hey baby, i'm on my way there. Can't w8 to spend the day with u ;)

I smiled at his cute little text and tried to type in my reply as quickly as i could.

To: Joe   From: Mel

I can't w8 to see u too, love u

I was just grinning at my phone like an idiot when my mom came in.

"Hey honey. where are you going today?" she asked, a smile tugging on her lips.

I tried to wipe off the silly smile of my face. "Just some date with some boy."

My mom smiled. "Really? Is he your boyfriend already?"

My cheeks burned a bright red before I nodded.
