I decided to make an inspo chapter since I don't post frequently. To fill in some chapters.
This one contains various types of inspirations and looks I want to archive.
My first goal is to lose weight. An then to maintain the body I want to build muscles because I doesn't make sense to diet my whole life to maintain the figure. That's why I try to lose weight through dancing and workouts.
For now I work out for around 1h. But I still need to change my eating habits.
My mom also always points out that my belly is showing but still asks me why I eat less 💀.
Yeah anyways...
I found some fitness influencers that kinda inspire me
For example:I also saw a few videos on tiktok where some users showed their drastic weight loss. That means I can do it too, so can you!
