I'm back after my short break
It's been a very stressful week. The earthquake was very tragic even if it's thousands of kilometers away. Fortunately no one in my family got hurt there in my hometown. I already lost some weight because of the stress this tragedy caused me.
So anyways...
A few days ago I talked with my mom about this weight loss thingy. I told her why and how much I want to lose and she agreed. She wants me to not go below the recommended weight for my height which is like around 47~49kg according to multiple websites. Honestly I was surprised by her. But I'm glad she's supporting me instead of trying to convince me the opposite.
Woah, I'm so hyped already to buy nice outfits after reaching my dream body 😭 I'll finally won't have to wear multiple layers during summer 😍
If I manage to lose around 0.5kg per week I'll be able to reach my goal mid June which is a month before my prom and the wedding
I don't know how often I will update.
The week before went quite well but today wasn't it. Tomorrow will be better... 😪
