I unfortunately have to re-write my goal list since I failed my first one
I'll also make a list of what „rewards" I'll get myself
I have 16 weeks
And my goal is to lose 0.5~1.0kg per week
It sounds easy but it was so difficult 😭😭but-

1. GOAL: 54.0kg (April)
- nothing for now 🤷🏻♀️
2. GOAL: 52.5kg (May)
- new shirts & tops (I have to many jeans already)
3. GOAL: 51.0kg (June)
- depending on my fat-muscle ratio, maybe some croptops if I feel comfortable enough 🥲
4. GOAL: <49.5kg (July)
- DIOR foundation, the only brand that sells olive shade foundations 😭😭😭 (I actually wanted to buy rem beauty but 1. there is no Sephora in my city and 2. I can't buy foundation online 💀💀, also the Dior one is surprisingly cheaper than other brands 🤔)
- a bikini ✨ (haven't been wearing one since 201? idk, definitely before covid)
- new clothes too
I need more flattering ones because my old ones are so bad 💀I'll probably buy most of the stuff in September, because I finally found a job/apprenticeship 🎉
- this means I have my own money 😁 (it was about time...)... It should be possible to lose 2kg a month 🤔
ALSO:
My plan is not only to lose weight
I started getting Korean lessons and I also want to reduce my screen time (it's horrible)
I want to learn how to do makeup by September
+ plus get clear skin hopefully 🤞And also try to clear out my wardrobe
I want to transform the jeans I don't wear anymore into shorts or skirts 😂
Maybe I have a talent for sewing 🤷🏻♀️basically a glow up + self improvement
It's gonna be tough for sure 😤
