It's been a while
I know...
But in the last few weeks I got really sick so I couldn't update
And then when I decided to update my book was gone
Anyways.
I haven't weighed myself because I'm kinda scared of the results
I see little differences when I look in the mirror
But that's because of some effects of my "illness" I got two weeks ago. It was a very exhausting week for me.
I'm not used to get sick but this one was really really bad.
Well no one cares but I wanted to share-

Now to the actual topic of the chapter.
Here is a short summary of my first diary
I basically started in august 2020 I guess (not sure but it was definitely 2020)
Age: 17
Weight: 58.8kg
Now;
Age: 19
Weight: 54.7kg (might have gained around 1kg maybe...)
Btw I'm 163cm
And never compare yourself with others
Every body looks and works different\
In 2020 I tried a few extreme diets which i regret-
I definitely don't recommend it
You won't get long term results and makes everything worse
In 2021 I kinda gave up and was like: yeah whatever...
Then after seeing I got up to over 60kg I immediately wanted to change that.
I didn't notice it by looking in the mirror but I noticed that my clothes didn't fit me like before.
In 2022 i started with around 59kg and tried to change my drinking habits.
I drink more water now and also pack more lunch for school to stop my binge eating after school.
It worked pretty fine so far
I went down around 4kg and I see little changes.
In this chapter I want to focus more on healthier lifestyle and I hope I'll be able to share some useful information to y'all
