I just weighed myself and I'm not satisfied with what I saw.
Here we go again...
That's the highes weight since the last 6 months to 1 year. My skin also got way worse than before. Skincare ain't helping at this point...
I don't know what to do anymore.
I guess I gotta try dieting again... (*sighs* *downloads calorie counter app again* /jk)
And make my workouts longer.Like: why is it so difficult to lose weight?? 🤡
I am so close 🤏 to give up but I won't.
The next chapter will be about the songs I dance and maybe I'll do some thinspo chapters again like my first book.
