It's already October...

My stats for now;
8th October: 53.5kg
14th October: 54.5kg

Uni started 2 weeks ago and I couldn't stop binge eating in the evening 😭😭
I got kinda stressed for some reasons even though I haven't even started fully...

I realized that I maybe should do more updates here like before
Maybe this would also help me to keep in track with my diet 🙂

My usual goal was to reach 50 by new year's eve
But idk if that's possible
Maybe it is if I lose the extra kg quickly 🤔

It's finally weekend and I'll try my best to get back in track with my diet

I also noticed that i feel more energetic and not drained if I eat less. Idk how it's possible but after binge eating i get so tired
