January is almost over and no IMPROVEMENTS
But it's okay
I gained a lot during New Year's Eve but lost it allNow I'm at the same weight as on 31. December
I'm also happy because my 1st semester exams are almost over (5 days left) and I have over a month free
I really really want to work out again
I noticed my body changing but also the lack of muscles 😭
You know "skinny fat"I found so many cute outfits (I haven't bought) but want to wear 👀
[collecting ideas for now]I really want to have my long awaited glow up this year
It's been 4 years almost since I started
(That's a long time ik 💀)The next update will probably be about my procedure
What I eat and how much I work out?Idk
Does anyone have specific wishes?
One think I can say
I do not count calories
But I tried to eat sth so that I don't get binge attacksThis helped me losing the extra weight I gained weeks ago
