Welcome to the next chapter.
This chapter is basically just an example how my goal list would look like.
It's February already and I still don't see any positive results this year so far 😪
I decided to make a list to motivate myself more and to help me reach my final goal step by step in July.

(start weight: 58 kg)
1. goal weight: 55 kg (March?)
- something small like accessories or art supplies2. goal weight: 52/53 kg (April?)
- new tops and shirts3. goal weight: 50 kg (May?)
(maybe also ultra goal weight, depending how I feel and look)
- new pants because my old ones probably won't fit anymore
AND: piercing my ears (if I reach this weight by the end of may since it takes 6 weeks to heal)4. goal weight: 48 kg (not sure about this one)
- skirts and a nice dress for the wedding and prom
I may add this one to the 3. goal depending on the results etc...Looking at this list it seams quite easy to lose 2-3kg per month but idk if it's as simple as it seems. But it's a healthy and sustainable way to lose weight and to not experience any Yo-Yo-Effect. (hopefully 🙏)
I'm going to change my current boring/ugly clothing style after reaching my goal weight. It's about time!
No more uncomfort.During this transformation I also want to learn some makeup skills and want to get rid of my acne 💀
I wish I had naturally clear skin like some people 😪
A: I drink plenty of water and wash my face regularly, nothing helps... maybe stopping to wash my face to often might help 🤔I also think to color my hair again back to my original haircolor since the dye faded already and the bleached part is visible again 🙃

I really really hope I can manage to stop myself from eating to much.
