DEEP SIGH...
since New Year's Eve I couldn't stop myself 🥸
even though I walked a lot it didn't prevent me from gaining extra kilo in almost 1 week
I have to plan on how I'm supposed to go on at this rate
Since my whole family was at home we always hat breakfast etc together
That meant I would eat a lot more than usually 😪I've also been neglecting my water intake 💀
I have to change my habits
(Still not a big fan of pure water)But no stress!
Just keep on going 😶I don't know how I will manage to work out in the upcoming exam weeks but I'll try to spend my free time with workouts as much as I can
I need to tone my bodyI won't stress myself this year and take the whole year to glow up 🙌
My application got rejected for the internship so I have to try this year again for 2025
(Hopefully I will get a job next year ✨)I'll be back for more updates
