And I'm still not near my goal...Today was really... meh
Realization hit hard I can say...
I didn't notice how BIG my belly actually looks????Sigh ...
I walked over 10k steps today and also did lots of dance workouts
I ate less during dinner because I ate to much bread for breakfast
(No lunch and only a few snacks)-
Btw I don't even know if anyone reads this but the ones who do, thank you 🤍

I need more discipline 😭
Especially after I found some outfits I really want to wear but I didn't buy because I wouldn't wear them anyways with the body I have
I barely lost any weight since the last update
I haven't been dieting regularly and this is the main reason why I just don't get the fat awayI noticed that I can easily lose weight by dieting but my stomach says no 🥲
