sorry for not updating yesterday
I just forgot to weigh myselfExactly the same thing as last week happened
I ate quite much but tried to go down on the weekend.Now; 56.6kg
Almost no changeToday my holidays started and I can manage my food better than on school days
I usually don't eat much and anything in the morning because I sleep a lot and don't get hungry as when I wake up to early. I can't explain why it's just like that.
Today I ate some fruit in the morning and did a short walk outside. Later I had normal dinner.
Also: I just heard that my other cousin has a wedding soon, which means more reasons (occasions) to lose weight. 👀
Anyways. I have a good feeling for these two weeks. I'll do a long walk tomorrow and start doing workouts again to speed up the process.
My goal for April is 54kg
That means: 2.6kg in ~4 weeks = 0.65kg per week
