So today week 4 ended and...-1.3kg lost this week
I was so so shocked and happy at the same time because I didn't think losing this much already.
I had a wisdom teeth removal on Monday and couldn't eat much in the first 3 days. Only soup.
But at the 4th day I started to eat almost like usual but smaller portions since it took me so long to chew the food.
That's when I realized; eating slowly and small portions can change a lot.
I ate sweets and stuff but like i said. Eating slowly and in smaller portions.The main thing I ate was soft bread with cream cheese.
Maybe if I haven't had eaten that much on Friday I would have lost more 🥲
But it's fineFor now:
1.2kg left for my first goalI decided to color my hair with some haircolor left at home after reaching my first goal. I actually wanted to do it today but instead I'm found to do it as a goal.
I hope I don't fuck up this week. 🫠🫠
