It's already 2023 and I can't believe how quickly 2022 went by. A lot of things happened this year.
Many many things happened this year. Lost all my friends, isolated myself even more but at least I gained some awesome online friends.
I started 2022 with 57,0kg and finishing it with 55,8kg.
Around 2-3 weeks ago I tried on some clothes and noticed how huge my thighs actually look. It bothered me a lot. That was the point where I thought: now or never!
I started to have a constant workout "routine" mid December and lost around 1kg by now. I started off with some workouts but switched to just dancing for 30-60 minutes. Because I first want to get to that look before toning my muscles.
In that time I didn't diet. I ate like usually in these 2 weeks. I still have a week of holidays so I really really hope that it will go well. If this works than I'd be happier than ever. I struggled for years. Since 2018 to be exact.
Everyone tells me that my weight is okay and that I shouldn't lose any weight but they don't understand me... Not everyone feels good just because they look "alright"?
Anyways...
My goals for next year is;
- to learn how to do makeup
- dress nice instead of boring
- study more
- keep working outThat's it
