I actually wanted to post this yesterday but forgot since I got sick (I still have fever and idk why)
this weeks weight:
Only -0.1kg :((
I forgot that I had to weigh myself today and drank quite a lot ... idk how much it effects the result but max 0.1kg less so around 56.0kg maybe?
I'm kinda sad it's not more but at least I didn't gain.
I do see minimal changes on my thighs.My goal for March was to get 55kg.
So around 4 weeks left to lose 1kg. That would mean; 0.2/0.3kg per week.🌱
