Stressful weeks are finally over and I cab finally start my daily workouts again.
These two weeks were literal hell. The amount of assignments and presentations??? Excuse me!?
Plus my introverted ass gets nervous all the time ain't helping during presentationsAnyways
It's mid January already and I feel drained af
So I have to start againI just heard that my cousin gets married in April and I'll try to get to my first goal by then. 3+ months should be fine.
I gained all the weight back.
Current weight: 57,4 kg 🥲
I'm glad it didn't go up to 60, at least...
I ate a lot during these two weeks so I have to really really start working out again ✍️-
I actually wanted to post this yesterday but I forgot
Yesterday, I did around 42min of dancing
I also ate a little less than usual🌱
