Stressful weeks are finally over and I cab finally start my daily workouts again.

These two weeks were literal hell. The amount of assignments and presentations??? Excuse me!?
Plus my introverted ass gets nervous all the time ain't helping during presentations

Anyways

It's mid January already and I feel drained af
So I have to start again

I just heard that my cousin gets married in April and I'll try to get to my first goal by then. 3+ months should be fine.

I gained all the weight back.
Current weight: 57,4 kg 🥲
I'm glad it didn't go up to 60, at least...
I ate a lot during these two weeks so I have to really really start working out again ✍️

I also ate a little less than usual
