Even though I ate more than I've planned today I'll do some extra workouts tomorrow to balance itI have a good feeling that it'll work
I'm on a diet and I walk 5-10k steps a day + kpop dances every 2 days ✨
I dance until I can't stand anymore 😂😂For now that's it
I'll update if I see greater changes
