I just wanted to share the dances I do for my weight loss.
I do at least 12 dances per workout and if don't feel tired I add 2-4 dances.

I also do 5-10 minutes leg or abs workout after dancing
For now I can't say I saw any changes but it's most likely because of my calorie intake
I have to deduce the amount of snacks I eat 🥸
