It's April already but I still wanted to post an update for March
March was probably my busiest month of this year
Too much stuff was going on and I couldn't focus on my diet and workouts 🥲
I did gain some weight but it's less than I expected

Other than just gaining weight
I broke my own record of 20k steps
It was exhausting (I was so tired the day after)I was pretty active the past few days
Compared to the weeks beforeI plan a detox method for my body
I heard it's good for weight loss and also skin etc
🤷🏻♀️-
I just re-read my first goal list
Man was I delusional 💀It's time for a new one 🙃
p.s. I can't believe I couldn't reach any further goals in the span of a year
