update: AUG 2023

this month was a difficult month

I can't weigh myself the whole 5 weeks
So I couldn't track if I was doing alright or not...
I still have a week left and I don't have a good feeling about the results when I come back even though I feel like I got a little skinnier (my pelvic bone got more visible)

While being abroad I drank lots of water
Like looooots of water because it was like 35+ degrees here

I've didn't binge eat but I also couldn't diet really well

So it's was very ordinary without snacking etc...
But I don't think this will be enough to lose weight
I hope at least that I maintained my last weight 🫠

Hopefully this "glow up" will be successful until I start university.
