It's the day after my final exam and I don't know what's happening but I can't stop binging for two days now
It's weird because I still feel hungry after all the stuff and somehow feel very tired
It might be the after effects of the stressful days a few days ago
Also: i was really lazy today
But I'll change that tomorrow
I already made a plan for the next 6 weeks so I can use all my free time to take more care of my body and myselfI will try out something for a week and it hopefully will work
