I wanted to inform y'all that I just downloaded some kcal counting app.
So far it's going good...

I don't know how reliable these analysis are but we'll see...
I try to stay under 1500kcal and if I should binge some day I'll try not to go over my maintenance kcals:)
-2.8kg a month would be like 51.1kg in two months
and 49.7kg until the date I wanted to reach my UGW

It says that I should stay over 48.5 kg which is fine 👌
(Lol I don't even know if I'll get to reach my first goal which is like 52kg...)
I don't know if calorie counting is a good idea but I'll give it a try. I did it in 2020 once and it worked really good back then.
I mean I won't restrict myself harshly. It's just for the overview and to stop myself from binging.
