It's been a while since I updated
I failed this month...
I gained almost 1kg from my weight last month because I was so stressed because of school...Even my sister successfully lost weight without even trying 😭😭😭
Tf is she doing- why can't I?Anyways
As always I went to shop some stuff and get mad again because some type of clothes look weird on me
Which encouraged me to start againThe world cup also affected me somehow to start doing sports again
Idk why-

I made a workout plan for myself (with different workout videos from YouTube)
Let's see if I can do it 🤡I'll update when I see changes
