|Third Person's POV|

"Andre, do actually plan to explode us?" Dawn questioned, glancing at her friend's strange invention.

"No, but this device is meant to be explosive." He replied, not taking his eyes from it. "I'm working to make it appear anywhere anytime I want and explode it."

"How reassuring." She commented. "Seriously, have you spent all your days stuck in this workshop? That's not healthy!"

"First of all, no. And second of all, who told you that." He raised eyebrows ran a hand through his hair like when he was lying.

"Yeah, so believable. Come on, I'm dragging you on a mini vacation." Dawn took his arm and dragged him towards the door. "And don't you dare protest, I'll have Gwen freeze your ass."

"Got it, ma'am!" Andre chuckled and let her take him. "Although, where are we going?"

"Oh, I have no idea but we're going somewhere." She chuckled and kept walking.

"Hey, you guys," They heard a familiar voice call. The duo turned and saw dark haired boy with forest green eyes staring at them.

"Hey, Kyle!" Andre smiled at the boy and waved his free hand.

"Hi," Dawn greeted back a little awkwardly. She still hadn't apologized to him.

Kyle's gaze locked on Dawn's and Andre's holding hands. Dawn let go of him and raised her eyebrow at Kyle. "You wanted something?" She asked.

The boy shook his head. "I was just bored here. Elias and Ronnie left somewhere and I couldn't find anyone. Where you guys going somewhere too?"

"We were, but I have no idea where that somewhere is." Andre answered for him, chuckling a little-and on that he got Dawn's questioning look.

"You can join us, if you want." Dawn told him without thinking. Why did she even tell him that?

Kyle smiled. "I'd love to if it'll end my boredom."

"Cool, where are we off to?" Andre turned to the silver speedster who was still questioning why she asked that forest green eyed boy to join them.

"Uh, Dawn?" Kyle raised his eyebrow.

Dawn snapped back and shrugged. "I have no idea."

"I can take us to Central City. We can go to Jitters and bring coffee for others too." Son of Cisco Ramon suggested. Dawn and Kyle agreed amd he opened a breach to let them pass. Before that, Dawn told Gideon to tell others they left.

"Gosh, I missed this place!" Dawn awed when she walked in the familiar building. Not too far from here was S.T.A.R. Labs and her house where her parents were. Last night she didn't have time to see them, after this she would definitely visit them.

"Ronnie and Elias will be jealous we left without them." Andre laughed as he ordered coffee and cookies for them.

"Hello, remember you got a short-tempered sister and an icy best friend? If anything we should be worried about their reaction." Dawn deadpanned. Even if they could get here anytime, they would still give them earful for leaving without saying.

"You guys really love this place." Kyle commented, looking around the café. "I've never been here."

"Of course, it's our home." Dawn answered. "What about you? Which city are you from?"

"National City." Kyle replied. "I've been in Star City but haven't come here. It's nice."

"Well, if you'll ask me, Central City's the best." Andre patted his shoulder. "Our orders here!"
