|Third Person's POV|

Two days passed after the realization and if Dawn was being honest, only thing that brought small smile to her face was Elias hanging on the chandelier. Who knows how he got there but it was clear he wasn't coming down until chandelier fell down and he followed.

After that Dawn busied herself with books and lab records that her mother sent. Since she started dating, she rarely overlooked the lab records, meanwhile her mother drowned in them. Another mistake she made by the way.

About Kyle, they've only talked twice since the attack, first when he tried to make a joke to lift her mood from another loss for her and win for him. He had wrapped his arm around her shoulders and grinned.

*Flashback*

"That's a really toothless joke." Dawn removed his arm.

"What's wrong?" Kyle asked in concern.

"Nothing." Dawn reassured and sneezed.

"Dawn, you're never sick. Well, except that last time. Is it the Kryptonite again?" Kyle became all to serious, as if he cared abut her well-being and as if he wasn't the one who slipped that Kryptonite in the food.

Dawn sneezed again. "Nothing, really. Just training with Speed Force really drained me, plus, fight with Blink was as horrifying as always. I can barely feel my energy. I'm just feeling fatigue, that's all." She forced herself to smile. "I'll see you later, Beanie." She added to make everything look normal. When Kyle smiled back and told her to rest, she closed her bedroom door and collapsed on the ground. She wanted to vomit. Or scream, or fight but she had no energy left. She wasn't lying when she said that she was feeling fatigue. Blink stole her energy, after all. And, she had a feeling she was feeling like this because of her mental state. Her powers were perfectly fine, meaning her speed-healing protected her from all the sickness and things. However, it didn't protect her mental side.

She was broken, after all.

*End Of Flashback*

The second time was when Elias crashed down with the chandelier. Dawn forced herself to smile at Kyle even though her senses lit red. He smiled back, then walked up to her and kissed her on the head. Dawn almost yelled don't do it while remembering his masterplan to erase the timeline. But she kept quiet. She didn't utter a word. Ronnie was eyeing her carefully, from concern and from not wanting her to mess up their plan.

Yes, they had a plan. But Dawn had a feeling it wasn't the plan that would take Anti-Justice down. Why? Dawn had no idea but it was time she started to listen to her senses.

That's why, she started to spy on her boyfriend. She already knew what he did everyday but regardless of that she failed to notice how he snuck out to report everything to a blonde boy. But next time he went, silver speedster was going to follow.

"I don't like that look on your face." Sofia remarked as she eyed Dawn who cooked the meal for the team.

"Why? I have no look." She said nonchalantly.

"It's like your plotting somebody's doom. Did you put poison in Kyle's meal?" Sofia quickly checked the plates for something but Dawn hid the plates.

"I did not put poison in anyone's meal. Besides, you don't need to control my every move. I know why you're here and I'm perfectly capable of controlling myself." The silver speedster deadpanned.

Sofia blew out a breath. "I know, I know. I just don't want you to feel bad. Can't I be around my friend?"

Not with such a pity look. "You can, but I need to concentrate on my cooking and you snooping around is getting in the way. I might accidentally put too much salt in someone's food." She replied with a forced smirk.
